The newspaper says intercepted reports from the enemy’s news service show that the 11th Infantry Division suffered 20 per cent losses, the 7th Tank Division 35 per cent, the 56th, the 297th and the 299th Infantry Divisions 40 per cent, the 11th, 13th, 14th and 16th Tank Divisions 40 per cent, while the losses of the 18th Tank Division are reported to be enormous. FINNISH MONARCHY REPORTED NAZI SCHEME. LONDON, August 10. Moscow radio quotes a Stockholm report that Germany is planning to, transform Finland into a monarchy, the candidates for the throne being either Prince Frederick Karl von Hessen or his elder son, Philip. Armed clashes between the population and German troops are occurring in many towns and villages. Guerillas are also attacking German garrisons, destroying communications and blowing up bridges.
