Shade temperature: Maximum 58.7. minimum 36.1, terrestrial 25.4. Sunshine, 8 hours 39 min. Rain, 8 points. Frost, 5 degrees. Miss Brown reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today:—Barograph, 30.03. Shade temperature: Maximum 48.2, minimum 42.8, terrestrial 38.8. Sunshine, 21 minutes. Rain, nil. MrH. M. Boddington reports that 10 points of rain fell at Solway during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. on Saturday, and 24 points during a similar period yesterday. PHASES OF THE MOON.
