DUTCH NATIONALS
IN OCCUPIED CHINA. EVACUATION ADVISED. (Received This Day. 9.15 a.m.) SHANGHAI, August 8. The Dutch Consulate has confirmed a Peiping report that the Dutch Government has advised non-essential nationals to leave occupied China. A spokesman said the Dutch nationals in North and Central China, who totalled 450, were probably being evacuated to the Dutch East Indies.
