LOSSES OF AIRCRAFT
THOSE OF ENEMY NEARLY TWO TO ONE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. August 3. , Enemy air losses as against British during the week which ended on the night of August 2 were in the proportion of nearly two to one. The actual figures were: Over Britain, enemy 7. R A.F. nil; over Europe, enemy 3, R A'R 24; Middle East, enemy 56, R.A.F. 3. The Fleet Air Arm meanwhile (m the raid on Kirkenaes and Petsamo) destroyed four enemy aircraft, losing 16 itself. _____
