COMPANY RETURNS. Gillespies Beach dredge. 27 ounces from 16,100 cubic yards in 131 hours. Wellington Alluvials, Limited, reports that during the four weeks ended July 19, the dredge worked 579 hours handling 230,000 yards of material and recovered bullion estimated to contain 910 ounces of fine gold. The following gold returns are for the month of July :--Barrytown, 417 ounces for 476 hours from 205,000 yards. Kanieri, 1299 ounces for 508 hours from 210,000 yards. Arahura, 1273 ounces for 535 hours from 281,000 yards. The Okarito dredge returned lOoz. for 122 hours.
