PLANS FOR IMPROVEMENTS

TO GROUNDS.

The Masterton West School Committee is actively prosecuting its representations to have the school grounds placed in good' order. Concreting, the laying out of new flower beds and the planting ef ornamental trees are some of the objectives in view. Owing to the general position in regard to the layout’ of the grounds being still uncertain, no Arbor Day planting is possible at the school this year.
