SIR EMSLEY CARR. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, July 31. The death has occurred of Sir Emsley Carr, 'a well-known newspaper proprietor. He was chairman and editor of the “News of the World.”
