NO AMERICAN TROOPS IN EGYPT SMALL BODY OF'OBSERVERS. SUPERVISING DELIVERIES OF EQUIPMENT. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) RUGBY, July 30. It is learned in London that there is no truth in a rumour that nearly 20,000 American soldiers are already in Egypt. The only American service personnel in Egypt are a few observers, who are there in connection with the deliveries of American equipment now taking place in the Middle East.
