The Exchange Telegraph’s Gothenburg correspondent says the German! forced a thousand Norwegians to participate in the construction of a new naval base at Trondheim, to which the Germans attach great strategical importance. It is reported to be a repl}/ to America’s garrisoning of Iceland.
