FOOTBALL CLUB SUCCESSFUL DANCE. ("Times-Age” Special.) The dance held by the Featherston Football Club in the Anzac Hall on Saturday night was a most successful affair, there being a large attendance. The duties of M.C. were carried out by Mr Chas. Buck, and the music was supplied by Udy’s orchestra. The Monte Carlo dance was won by Mr Lloyd and Miss Thompson, and the Luck Spot dance by Mr J. Fraser and Miss Harvey. A capable ladies’ committee had charge of the supper arrangements. Church Services. The Rev. H. J. Odell, assistant supervisor of Home Missions, was the preacher at the Methodist Church last evening. The preacher at the Presbyterian Church last evening was the Rev. J. L. Gray. After the service Mr Gray gave a very interesting lantern lecture on India in the church hall. Mr Gray was the guest of Mr and Mrs Arch. Clark over the weekend. Golf Club Competition. The following were the best cards handed in for the third round in the eclectic competition played on the Gum Grove links on Saturday:—H. Neilson 38, 8, 30; W. Rowles, 34, I|, 321; J. H.
