The Associated Press of Great Britain Vichy correspondent reports that a campaign has been started in the Paris Press for a French-German military accord to “defend Dakar and other French possessions from possible American attack.” : The “Nouveaux Temps” declared'that a complete Cabinet shakeup would be necessary to secure a Government willing to execute such a programme. The Moscow Information Bureau stated that French fishermen attacked a German camp at Berck, killed 25 soldiers and destroyed six machineguns and a large quantity of ammunition. The raiders took advantage of a reduction in the German garrisons in France after the outbreak of the Rus-sian-German conflict.
