FUEL SHORTAGE

The fuel shortage in Eire is so serious that railways have announced from a quarter to a one-third cut in services. From August 6, Dublin’s suburban trains are not to run between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The last train is to run at C. 40 p.m. Branch lines are providing one train each way daily.
