ALFREDTON

YOUNG FARMERS ADDRESS ON WOOL CLASSING. (“Times-Age” Special.) There was a good attendance of members at the monthly meeting of the Alfredton Young Farmers’ Club. The speaker for the evening was Mr Duncan, the Agriculture Department’s wool expert. He brought with him an interesting film on the wool industry. Following the screening of the film, Mr Duncan gave a talk on wool classing and showed numerous samples of good and bad wool. He was accorded a vote of thanks on the motion of Mr C. Algie.
