AT FACTORY IN NEW JERSEY. POLICE USE TEAR GAS & REVOLVERS. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) NEW YORK,. July 18. Hundreds of Congress of Industrial Organisation strikers attacked nonstriking workmen in an aircraft factory at Bendix, New Jersey, which is making parts for British night fighters and bombers. The police intervened with teal' gas bombs and revolvers. The C. 1.0. later agreed to the management’s terms and resumed work.
