DEBATE TO OPEN TOMORROW NIGHT. STATEMENT BY MR NASH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Before the House of Representatives rose yesterday the Acting-Prime Minister, Mr Hash. said that the Financial Statement would be presented immediately the House met tonight. Formal business would occupy Thursday afternoon and the Budget debate would begin tomorrow evening. He took it that the Leader of the Opposition would be the first speaker. A Government member would follow, and these would be the only speakers that night. The debate would be continued on Friday.
