Official Ratification Expected REPORTED PARTICULARS OF ALLIED TERMS COMPLETE SURRENDER OF ARMS & WARSHIPS LONDON, July 13. A Cairo communique states that the terms of the armistice in Syria have been referred back to both the Vichy and British Governments. The terms have not yet been published. Official notification of the armistice is expected to take place in Cairo and Beirut. It is understood that the presence of Mr Oliver Lyttelton in Cairo as representative of the British War Cabinet is proving most valuable.
