ALLEGED FOREIGN AGENT FORMER CHIEF ENGINEER. IN FACTORY MAKING SECRET BOMBSIGHT. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) NEW YORK, July 11. The police searched the home of Everett Roeder and arrested him on a charge of being a foreign agent. They discovered six pistols, nine rifles and 100,000 cartridges. Roeder was formerly chief engineer of the Sperry Works, making the secret bombsight.
