NEW CHINESE AMBASSADOR. AND RETIRING DIPLOMATIC ADVISER. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m) RUGBY, July 10. Dr. Wellington Koo, the new Chinese Ambassador to Britain, was received in audience by the King; at Buckingham Palace and presented his letters of credence. Another visitor received by his Majesty was Lord Vansittart, on relinquishing his appointment as Chief Diplomatic Adviser to the British Government.
