LABOUR MEMBER RETURNED UNOPPOSED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY. July 10. In the by-election for Greenock, caused by the appointment of the previous member, Mr R. Gibson. K.C. (Labour) to a judicial office. Mr Elector McNeil (Labour) was returned unopposed.
