DISCLOSURE BY AMERICAN SENATOR. MR CHURCHILL’S PROTEST. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WASHINGTON, July 9. The President's Secretary, Mr Stephen Early, said today that the British Prime Minister (Mr Churchill), in an I official despatch, had expressed concern to President Roosevelt that information as to troop movements, such . as had bpen disclosed by Senator Wheeler regarding Iceland, jeopardises the lives of British soldiers.
