It is announced that the former War Minister, Lieutenant-General Seishiro Itagaki, is promoted to general, and appointed commander of the Japanese army in Korea, Lieutenant-General Hayao Tada is promoted to general and nominated to the War Council, General Ikamura is appointed commander of the North China army, and General Kotaro Nakamura is admitted to the War Council.
