United Press Ankara correspondent says the Axis is scheming to get warships through the Dardanelles. It is reported that Italy has sold eight destroyers to Bulgaria, which can be delivered through the Dardanelles because Bulgaria is a nonbelligerent. It is planned to deliver the ships with Italian crows because of the scarcity of Bulgarian crews.
