“THE DOVER ROAD”
FIRST PERFORMANCE TONIGHT. A final reminder is given of the opening performance tonight of the Little Theatre Society’s production of “The Dover Road,” Mr A. A. Milne’s most successful play. Under Mrs E. J. Rich's direction, the whole cast is stated to give a highly satisfying performance, in which nothing of the charm and humour of the play are lost. Moreover, Mr W. N. Mackenzie Douglas's stage management is stated to display unusual originality and artistic skill, while the lighting effects that he has arranged are said to be singularly appropriate and effective. Altogether, a sterling performance may confidently be expected. Those who are unable to attend tonight's performance will have, on Monday evening, a further opportunity of small pieces, which are first of all partly available for both performances.
