The Stockholm representative of “The Times" says Germans are reported to be showing great nervousney-in Norway, where they are taking elaborate precautions in coastal areas, including a curfew. Almost the whole Norwegian coast has been declared a forbidden zone into which nobody is allowed without a special pass. Telephoning is forbidden except to hospitals and doctors All letters are strictly censored.
