SEVEN ACCUSED PERSONS PLEAD GUILTY.

The authorities’ new spy investigation is continuing, with developments indicating South American as well as European ramifications. Seven of those who have been arrested have pleaded guilty to charges of espionage, and 18 are pleading innocence. The chief of the Federal Investigation Bureau.' Mr J. Edgar Hoover, announced that three additional arrests have been made.
