According to the “Ostdeutcher Beobachter,” Herr Ohle, the General Manager (Treuhander) of the Polish Savings Banks in Western Poland, has stated that the liquidation and new organisation scheme of these banks is completed. The whole funds of these banks —he stated —were now the property of German banks. A very simple scheme indeed!
