The Dannevirke Hunt Club, which held its annual race meeting at Woodville on Saturday, had bad luck with the weather. Conditions on the course were bleak, with a few light showers, but an unfavourable outlook in the morning in the surrounding districts, especially Palmerston North, kept many patrons away. The track was very heavy, and cut up a good deal. Totalisator investments were £6034, compared with £BlO3 10s last year. Results: —
