MANY HIGH ITALIAN OFFICERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) SIMLA. June 28. High Italian officers who have arrived as war prisoners include General Trezani, chief of the Duke of Aosta’s staff, General Pinna, air commander in East Africa, General Frusci, Gov-ernor-General of Eritrea, Generals Montezemolo and Valletti, high members of the staff, and General Carnimeo, military Governor of Keren, beside 15 staff officers and aides.
