German agents are believed to have been studying British Army manoeuvres in Northern Ireland, where troops have been repelling a mock invasion. Reports of the manoeuvres could be sent to Berlin by the German. Minister to Dublin, who receives diplomatic privileges. A senior officer said he was sure the German Legation knew everything about the troops and their dispositions in Ulster.
