“N.Z. OUTDOOR”
A MASTERTON PUBLICATION. Dealing with fishing, shooting, mountaineering, tramping, wild life and other kindred subjects “New Zealand OuVdoor” has been taken over by Mr W. Palamontain, of Masterton, and is now being published in this town. The June number includes a wide variety of topics in its forty pages, touching on hunting trips in search of . deer and pigs, stories of big game fishing, an account of the topography and vegetation of South Island river gorges, sections devoted to sporting interests and other articles of general interest. An account is given of a combined trial and picnic held by the Wairarapa Gun Dog Club at the Lake Reserve, Featherston.
