DEVILLED SAUSAGES

A TASTY DISH. Boil 1 lb. sausages for about 8 minutes, then remove skins. Cut in two lengthwise, then across. Mix together J teaspoon made mustard, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 dessertspoon grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Dip sausages in this and place them on rounds of buttered toast. Place under griller until well browned, adding a little rpore sauce if too dry. A little shredded bacon may be sprinkled on top.
