The Assistant Secretary of State (Mr Sumner Welles) said the Government has submitted to the American republics the names of German and Italian Consular and propaganda officials ousted from the United States, thus strengthening reports that the United States is seeking the co-operation of the Pan-American States to bar these Axis officials from the American hemisphere.'
