< MINISTERS •& PORTFOLIOS ANNOUNCED BY MR MENZIES. THREE NEW MEMBERS. (By Tclegranh—Press Association—Copyright) CANBERRA. June 26. In pursuance of his recently announced intention to strengthen the Federal Ministry and the nation's war effort, the Prime Minister. Mr Menzies, today issued the names of his reconstructed Ministry, which includes the following new men. Messrs E. Spooner, J. P. Abbott and A. McDonald. The new Cabinet now comprises:— Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Co-ordination. Mr Menzies. Treasurer, Mr Fadden. Attorney-General and Minister of the Navy. Mr Hughes. Minister of the Army, Mr Spender. Minister of Supply and Development and Vice-President of the Executive Council, Senator G. McLeay. Minister of Air and Civil Aviation, Mr McEwen. Minister of the Interior and Information. Senator H. Foil. Minister of Commerce. Sir Earle Page. Minister of External Affairs and Health and Social Services, Sir F. Stewart. Minister of Munitions, Senator P. McBride. Minister of Trade and Customs, Mr E. J. Harrison. Minister of Labour and National Service. Mr H. E. Holt. Minister of Repatriations. Senator 11. Collett. Postmaster-General. Mr T. Collins. Minister of Aircraft Production, Senator J. Leckic. Minister of Transport, Mr H. Anthony. Minister of War Organisation and Industry. Mr E. Spooner. Minister of Home Security, Mr J. P. Abbott. Minister of External Territories, Mr A. McDonald. Messrs Collins. Leckie and Anthony were formerly assistant Ministers.
