Twenty Russian Planes Shot Down STATEMENT BY MINISTER IN LONDON COUNTRY COMPELLED TO DEPEND ITSELF LONDON, .June 25. Systematic Russian attacks on Finland have compelled that country to defend itself by all means in its power, A statement to that effect has been made by the Finnish Minister in London. It is claimed that 20 Russian planes have been shot down over Finland and another captured.
