SOLDIER’S DEATH
Private W. J. Ashmore, of Wellington, New Zealand, whose legs were fractured when he and a soldier friend were knocked down by a motor car on the Esplanade. Durban, on January 25. died at Addington Hospital. He was buried with full military honours at Stcllawood Cemetery.
