NEW COMET

0 EASILY SEEN THROUGH BINOCULARS. MAY BECOME NAKED-EYE OBJECT (By Telegraph—Press Association.) , WELLINGTIN, June 23. The new comet is apparently rapidly becoming a naked-eye object. Last night it could easily be seen through binoculars, and there is every possibility that it may rival or even excel the comet that appeared early this year, though nothing definite can be said in regard to its movements. It is near the star Beta, in Libra.
