SINKING OF THE ROBIN MOOR DENOUNCED BY PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT. ■OUTSPOKEN CONDEMNATION OF GERMANY. LONDON, June 20. President Roosevelt has outspokenly denounced as an infamous act and violation of all belligerent rules, the sinking by a German submarine of the American ship Robin Moor. In Washington the most important part of the President’s statement is considered to be that in which he speaks of the apparent intention of the Germans to attack American ships in any part of the seven seas.
