COPING WITH MIDDLE EAST AIR MAILS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) BATAVIA, June 19. To yope with the huge quantities of air mail from New Zealand and Australia for the Anzacs fighting in Palestine, Egypt and Syria, the Royal Dutch Airlines today started an extra weekly return service between Malaya and Palestine.
