Brown reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today:— Barograph, 30.07; shade temperature, maximum, 42.6; minimum, 37.5; terrestrial, 35.4; sunshine, 2 hours 50 minutes; rain, 4 points. Solway: Mr H. M. Boddington reports that 5 points of rain fell at Solway during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today. PHASES OF THE MOON. Phases of the Moon: New moon, June 25, 7.22 a.m. SUN. The sun rose today 7.46 a.m., sets 4.58 p.m.
