LIST OF TWENTY-FOUR NAMES AIRMEN ON RANGITANE. NOW PRISONERS OF AVAR IN GERMANY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Twenty-four names are given in an air casualty list issued last evening. Twelve New Zealand airmen who were on the Rangitane when she was captured by a raider last year are reported to be prisoners of war in Germany. The list is as follows:— WILLIAMS. Neville. Clifford B„ Sgt., R.N.Z.A.F.. missing on training flight. Mr L. Barton, 1 Napier Street. Dunedin (f) FEARN, Morris 8.. Sgt.. R.N.Z.A.F., previously reported missing, now reported safe. Mrs B. R. Fearn, Dee St.. Invercargill (m) EVERIST. Wilfred T„ Pilot Officer. R.N.Z.A.F., missing on air operations. Mr W. M. Everist, 53 Dyers Pass Rd., Christchurch (f) SHANNON, Ulic Y„ Wing Commander, R.A.F., previously reported dangerously ill, now removed to seriously ill list. Mr Ulic Shannon, Hawker St., Wellington (f) CHISHOLM. Robert S„ Pilot Officer, R.A.F.. reported missing on air operations. Mr G. S. Chisholm. Box 667, Wellington (f) BRAYE, Igor W., Acting Wing Commander, D.F.C., R.A.F., who was lately attached R.N.Z.A.F., has been reported missing on operations.
