SPLIT OVER GERMAN DEMANDS. HELPS TO HASTEN COLLAPSE OF REVOLT. (Ey Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 11.55 a.m.) JERUSALEM, June 15. Well-informed quarters state that Germany demanded from Rashid Ali’s Cabinet the cancellation of all existing oil rights and a right of way 12 1-3 miles wide on each side of the Bagdad Railway; also the handing over of all Iraqui aerodromes for the duration of the war. Rashid Ali was willing to accept, but a number of his colleagues refused. This disagreement helped to hasten the collapse of the revolt.
