“CHARGE OF THE LIGHT BRIGADE.” Tonight there will be finally shown the “Charge of the Light Brigade,” a great story and a tribute to British courage. “PRAIRIE SCHOONERS.” Wild Bill Hickok, hero of the old west, comes to the Cosy Theatre screen tomorrow night with the opening of Columbia’s thrilling saga of the western plains, “Prairie Schooners.” Bill Elliott is featured as the star of the story and lovely Evelyn Young supplies the romantic interest. Others in the thrilling story, which is the first in a series of Hickok adventures, include Kenneth Harlan, Dub Taylor, Ray Teal and Jim Thorpe. “Dracula,” “Frankenstein” and other celebrated screen horror characters have welcomed a new member into their boogey brotherhood. He is “The Mummy,” death-dealing demon of “The Mummy’s Hand,” Universal shock-drama coming tomorrow to the Cosy Theatre. Tom Tyler, ‘ famous screen cowboy star, dons a gruesome guise to portray the role. Dick Foran, Peggy Moran. Wallace Ford and Cecil Kellaway head the cast of the production.
