Houston, counsel for an appellant in Hnwcra today. "There are appeals coming forward where men have been wished on to farms with five minutes' experience, he said. "These cases, to put it bluntly, arc frauds on this Court." Mr C. H. Clinkard. Crown representative: I don’t know whether counsel is drawing the long bnw. Mi- Houston: It is perfectly true. It is notorious in this district. Mr Clinkard said that persons who •were aware that full details of the labour available were not being supplied by appellants should see that such cases were brought, before the board because cases adjourned sine die could be reheard.
