WEDDING
MORGAN—LEIGHTON. The marriage took place on Saturday evening at the Pregbyterian. Church. Featherston, of Constance Mary, only daughter of Mr and 'Mrs H. Leighton. Featherston, to Private Neville, only son of Mr and Mrs J. Morgan, Taranaki.- The Rev. Bloomfield, of Greytown, officiated. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a two-piece ensemble of petrol blue, with navy hat and accessories. She carried a sheaf of white jonquils and maidenhair fern. The bride was attended by her cousin. Miss Doris Tildesley, Carterton, as bridesmaid. She was attired in a twopiece ensemble of Marina blue with navy hat and accessories. She carried a shower bouquet of jonquils and maidenhair fern. The duties of best man were carried out by Mr Albert Hall, of Stratford. A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, where the | guests were received by the bride's mother, who was dressed in a navy costume, with navy hat and accessories. She was assisted by the bride- 1 groom’s mother, who wore blue with hat and accessories to tone. After the reception Mr and Mrs Morgan left for the North by car, the bride wearing a blue frock and coat with navy accessories.
