HORSE RADISH SAUCE

A USEFUL RECIPE. Take a thick root of horse radish. Scrub it well but do not peel it. Grate on a fairly coarse grater, then add pepper, suit, a little mustard, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Take some cream and beat it thick, then gently stir in other ingredients.
