OBITUARY
MR JAMES LIDDINGTON. The death occurred last night, after a long illness, of Mr James Liddington, of French Street, Masterton, at the age of 63 years./ The late Mr Liddington was a son of the late Mr and Mrs Samuel Liddington and was born in Masterton and had resided in the district all his life. He was employed on the staff of the Masterton Gas Works for several years. In his younger days he was a member of the South Wairarapa Mounted Rifles. Mr Liddington is survived by a widow, one son, Mr L. W. Liddington (Carterton) and three daughters, Mrs S. Benge (Masterton). Mrs N. Dennison (Waihi) and Miss T. Liddington (Masterton< and five grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers. Messrs D,an (Hastings) and William and Eli Liddington (Masterton) and six sisters. Mesdames G. Butcher. W. Davies. T. Carr. R. Thornton. F. Marshall and R. Maxted, all of Masterion. The funeral will take place tomorrow, leaving the residence following a service at 2 pan. fur the Masterion Cemetery.
