GOLF
RETURNED SOLDIERS. TOURNAMENT ON THURSDAY. The Wairarapa Returned Soldiers will hold their annua] golf tournament an the Riverside links on Thursday next. The committee has all arrangements well in hand. Given a fine day there should be a good attendance. This tournament was not held last year owing to the seriousness of the war situation at the time, and after many requests this year the committee decided to conduct the tourney as usual. A. stableford and medal round will be played in the morning and a four-ball for the ‘'Returned Soldiers" Cup will be played in the afternoon.
