THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE invites ten--1 ders for the lease for a period of five years of a dairy farm property situate at Newman, about 1J miles from Eketahuna, comprising the following:— FIRSTLY, all that piece of land containing 105 acres 1 rood 19.5 perches, more or less, being Part Section 73. On the land secondly described there is also a dwellinghouse situate on a small fenced portion which is let separately, and is not to be included in the land leased. The property is well pastured, and is an excellent dairying unit. Conditions of tender may be inspected and forms of tender obtained at the Public Trust Office. Masterton, and also at the office of Mr O. Walton, Agent of the Public Trustee at Eketahuna, and from whom also any further particulars may be obtained. A deposit ol six months’ rent at the rate tendered must accompany each tender. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
