On the land secondly described there is also a dwellinghouse situate on a small fenced portion which is let separately, and is not to be included in the land leased. The property is well pastured, and is an excellent dairying unit. Conditions of tender may be inspected and forms of tender obtained at the Public Trust Office. Masterton, and also at the office of Mr O. Walton, Agent of the Public Trustee at Eketahuna, and from whom also any further particulars may be obtained. A deposit ol six months’ rent at the rate tendered must accompany each tender. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders close at 4 p.m. on June 23, 1941, at the office of the District Public Trustee, Masterton, to whom tenders should be addressed, enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked “Estate of Amelia Margretta Crocker.
