SHOP DAY

WOMEN’S DIVISION. SUCCESSFUL EFFORT. A shop clay was held by the Women’s Division of the Fanners' Union in the Country Women's Chib. Masterton. this morning and was very successful. Gifts of produce, cream, cakes, etc., were received and good business resulted in a clearance being made. The proceeds, amounting to £7 12s, will be used to procure wool and knitted comforts for the men of the Mercantile Marine in Britain.
