BRITISH FORCES ACTIVE AT TOBRUK & IN SOLLUM AREAS. RAPID RETURN TO NORMAL IN BAGDAD. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) RUGBY, June 2. A communique issued from British Headquarters in Cairo states: “At Tobruk and in the Solium area. our troops have again been active. “In the Lakes area in Abyssinia, operations are continuing.
"In Bagdad, the situation is rapidly returning to normal, and at Basra all is calm.”
